At IcedTeaPitcher.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your pitcher isn't the perfect fit for your brewing needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all protective padding and accessories to ensure it arrives back to us without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned pitcher, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
