What materials are your pitchers made from?
Our collection features high-quality borosilicate glass and BPA-free acrylic. Borosilicate glass is thermal-shock resistant, allowing you to pour boiling water directly into the pitcher without risk of cracking.
Are your iced tea pitchers dishwasher safe?
Most of our glass pitchers are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing any wooden lids or pitchers with integrated fine-mesh filters to preserve their longevity and seal integrity.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your pitcher arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Do your pitchers fit in a standard refrigerator door?
